Kylee and Blair are a Miami-based, Scottish-American couple with over a decade of combined experience in the travel and hospitality industry - and a genuine passion for helping people travel better.
Their story starts at sea. The two met while working as shopping ambassadors aboard cruise ships, giving them an insider's perspective on the cruise industry that most travel agents simply don't have. But their education didn't stop when they clocked out. Even while working onboard, Kylee and Blair were exploring every port, taking trips during time off, and using every opportunity between contracts to travel further and experience more. From road trips across the USA to Caribbean islands, Alaskan wilderness, and European cities, they weren't just working in travel… they were living it.
That combination of industry knowledge and genuine on-the-ground experience is what sets KBT apart. They understand the cruise world from the inside, and they've sat in the same seat as their clients, from navigating destinations, choosing accommodations, and figuring out what actually makes a trip worth taking.
