Full-Service Trip Planning
A completely custom itinerary built around how you want to experience your trip, whether that's a Greek Islands cruise, a Scotland road trip, or a multi-family Disney getaway. You bring the vision, we handle every moving piece.
Investment: $100 per week of travel
This service includes:
- Consultation call
- Trip proposal draft and up to 2 edits
- Daily trip itinerary creation, including:
- Hotels
- Transfers
- Tours & activities
- Sightseeing recommendations
- Added perks where applicable (generally 4 or 5-star properties)

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we start planning?
We generally recommend starting at least three months out. The earlier we start, the more options we have for the best cabins, rooms, and dates.
Do you only book cruises, or can you help with other trips too?
We plan cruises and charters, international itineraries, honeymoons and wedding room blocks, corporate and group travel, and Disney trips. Whatever kind of trip you're picturing, we can likely help.
How do accommodations and bookings work?
We handle your accommodation bookings directly, securing rooms with added perks at hotels and cabins we carefully select. Booking through an advisor also means we're advocating for you before, during, and after your stay.
How are your planning fees calculated?
Our fees are based on the length and complexity of your trip, and reflect the time it takes to build your itinerary the right way.
What about flights?
We can recommend routes and dates, but economy airfare booking isn't included in our standard services. Business and First Class ticketing assistance is available on request.
What investment should I expect for my trip?
During our intro call, we'll talk through your vision and what to expect for planning fees and overall trip investment based on the destination, trip length, and style of travel.
